The Discernment Prayer for Episcopal Ministry created by the Diocesan Liturgy Committee at the request of the Standing Committee, for use by the congregations in the Diocese of Northern Michigan in the coming months as we discern Episcopal ministry. Please Pray: God of vision and imagination you know us better than we know ourselves: grant to the members of our Episcopal ministry discernment team an awareness of your presence. Guide their discerning. Ground them in prayer. Give them courage, wisdom, listening hearts, creativity, and a willingness to risk. We ask this in the name of your Son. Amen.
